No problem. Every order includes two rounds of revisions, giving you the opportunity to request reasonable changes.

Once you've completed your order and filled out our personalisation form, we get straight to work. Your finished MP3 will be in your inbox within 24 hours — often sooner.

You'll receive your song as an MP3 file delivered directly to your email. It's ready to play on any device, share with family, or use at an event.

Yes. When you fill out the personalisation form after purchase, you can tell us the style, mood, and feel you're after — whether that's country, pop, acoustic, emotional ballad, or something else entirely.

After you purchase, we'll email you a short form asking for the person's name, your relationship with them, key memories or moments, and the feeling you want the song to create. The more detail you give us, the better the song.

If you cancel before production begins, we’ll provide a full refund. Once production has started, we don’t normally provide change-of-mind refunds because the song is created specifically for you. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law still apply.

Your song is created for personal use — sharing it with friends and family, playing it at events, or posting it on personal social media is absolutely fine. If you need commercial rights (for business use, broadcasting, or monetisation) please contact us before ordering and we can discuss options.
